Cancellation and rescheduling
Sample policy: Registrations may be transferred to another available class when notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows may be nonrefundable. SparkLife may reschedule a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, severe weather, or unsafe conditions. In that event, registered students may transfer or request a refund.
Late arrival
Students arriving after required instruction has begun may need to reschedule to ensure course requirements can be completed.
Privacy
SparkLife collects registration and contact information for scheduling, payment coordination, customer service, attendance, and training-related communication. Card information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on this website.
Accessibility and accommodations
Students should contact SparkLife before class to discuss reasonable training accommodations. Some courses include physical skills practice that may be required for completion.
