Where are classes held?
Public classes are listed as Vienna, Virginia. Add the exact address only after confirming the training venue and deciding whether it should be publicly displayed.
What should I bring?
Bring a government-issued photo ID if required for the selected course, comfortable clothing suitable for floor-level skills practice, and any prerequisite documentation listed in your confirmation.
Do I receive a certification card?
The website should state the exact credential and issuing organization only after the instructor’s provider authorization and course process are confirmed.
Can you train our staff at our location?
Yes. Private group requests can be submitted for workplaces, schools, childcare providers, medical offices, and other organizations in the service area.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Review the cancellation policy before paying. The current website includes a sample policy that should be finalized before launch.
How do online payments work?
After Stripe Payment Links are added, customers complete payment on a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page.
